Where Every Shaft Stays In Line
We design every housing around your requirement and build it in welded steel plate, cast iron or cast steel, whichever suits your gearbox and how hard it works.
- Start from what you haveSend a drawing, your old housing or just the measurements. We design the housing to fit your gearbox, your load and your space.
- Stiff and strongWe design every housing in 3D and check it on a computer under load. A stiff body keeps the gears and bearings in line, so they last longer.
- Welded steel, ready soonerOur welded housings use E250 (IS 2062) steel plate. There is no mold to wait for, so it suits one-off housings, repairs and urgent jobs.
- Machined to fitWe machine the places where the bearings sit and the covers fit, so the shafts line up and the oil stays in.
We also make covers, base frames and flanges.
